Returns


We understand that sometimes purchases are not always right. We are more than happy to accept your return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your products. This excludes your original shipping cost.
 
Our return and exchange policy:
Returns and exchange are eligible for acceptance within a 30-day period from the date of receiving your products. Sale items will not be eligible for return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the products must remain unused and in their original condition, inclusive of all original packaging and labels. Additionally, the return must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
The customer is responsible for return or exchange shipping expenses unless the return is due to a product defect.
We do not accept returns or exchanges outside of our 30 day return policy. We do not accept returns on products that have been used or not returned in original condition.

          Damaged or faulty items

          If you have received a faulty, damaged or an incorrect order, please reach out to us at  blancacollective@hotmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your parcel, and we will happily provide further assistance. We will only accept returns for products deemed as faulty after a thorough assessment. If your products are not deemed as faulty we will not accept a return.

           

          Refunds

          We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at blancacollective@hotmail.com
