Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped after 2-7 days of purchasing. 

Standard domestic shipping within Australia is estimated to take 2-7 days, with a flat rate cost of $10 AUD or free on orders over $100. Express shipping is estimated to take 1-3 days, with a flat rate cost of $15 AUD.

Standard international shipping is estimated to take 10-15 days. Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. Duties and local taxes can incur on some orders and are applied by the countries customs.

 

Please note that smaller orders may be delivered in an envelope to your mailbox using standard postal services. Once the goods have been accepted for delivery by the postal courier, we cannot be held responsible for any delays or disruptions. In the event of any concerns regarding the parcels delivery status or potential issues, we recommend reaching out directly to the courier service, as they assume responsibility for the delivery once the goods are in their possession.
